EMERGENCY SERVICES WEEKEND

DESCRIPTION
Hawk Mountain's upcoming emergency services weekend will help cadets work toward GTM3 qualification. Through classes, hands-on exercises, and in-the-field conditions, students will learn many of the skills they need to be effective on a search and rescue team.

This weekend is only open to cadets, and attendance is limited to 50 students.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Current cadet member

  • GES complete

  • Possess full gear as outlined in the HMRS weekend activity packing list

  • GTM3 trainee status preferred
     

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pre-registration is required via our online registration form found here. Registration closes at 11:59 PM on April 24th or when attendance cap is reached.

Students must submit completed Medical forms CAPF 160, CAPF 161, and signed CAPF 60-81 for each activity. Cadets must have signed parental permission and Squadron Commander's signature.

Meals will be provided, but bring snacks for the weekend. As at any activity, arrive with full hydration.
